KES the Band
Kes the Band is a band from Trinidad formed in 2005 by brothers Kees
Dieffenthaller (vocals), Jon Dieffenthaller (guitar) and Hans Dieffenthaller
(drums), with bassist Riad Boochoon. Other members join them along the way,
including Mario Callender and DJ Robbie Persaud. After a debut album entitled
Three Baldheads and a Dread, released in 2006 and featuring the song "The
Calling" in the FIFA 06 game, the local soca band went on to record albums on
their own label: Lion (2007), On in 5 (2009) with the hit track "Let Me Know",
and Wotless (2011), which earned the band a nomination ...
