(Kim Sawol)
Kim Sawol (born in Daegu, South Korea), is a South Korean singer and songwriter.
Beginning her professional career as one half of folk duo Kim Sawol X Kim
Haewon, they released their debut EP Secret in 2014, taking home the awards for
Best Folk Album and Best New Artist at the 2015 Korean Music Awards. Later that
year, Kim released her first solo album Suzanne on October 27, 2015, produced by
her former collaborator, winning Best Folk Album at the 2016 Korean Music
Awards, and nominated for the single “Bedside”, which features in the television
