Liane Foly (born Eliane Falliex, in Lyon, in 1962) was one of the great
revelations of the late 1980s. A star of the following decade, notably with the
success of the album Rêve Orange (1990) and the hit "Au fur et à mesure", she
went on to enjoy mixed fortunes, before unexpectedly re-launching her career
with her imitation shows. The albums Entre Nous ... (2000), La Chanteuse de Bal
(2004) and Le Goût du Désir (2008) all share a graceful, light-hearted
