Lim Young Min, known simply as Youngmin, is a South Korean rapper,
singer-songwriter, and former member of the boy group AB6IX under Brand New
Music. Born on December 25, 1995, in Busan, South Korea, Youngmin rose to
prominence through his participation in Produce 101 Season 2 in 2017. Although
he ranked 15th and did not debut with the winning group, Wanna One, he went on
to debut in the duo MXM with Kim Dong Hyun under Brand New Music, releasing the
