Luniz is a hip hop duo formed in Oakland, California in 1993. Comprised of rappers Yukmouth and Numskull, Luniz scored a worldwide hit in 1995 with their debut single "I Got 5 On It." The single climbed into the top 10 of several international charts, reaching number 8 in the USA, number 3 in the UK, and number 2 in Germany. Their debut album, Operation Stackola (1995), also reached top positions in the international charts. In the USA, the album reached number 20 and hit platinum status.
