Lutricia McNeal (born on November 27, 1973) is an American pop and soul singer
whose club bangers took Europe by storm in the late 90s. Hailing from Oklahoma
City, McNeal got her start in music by singing in her local church choir. During
a visit to Europe, she met Swedish dance producers Rob’n’Raz, who invited her to
collaborate on their 1993 single, “In Command.” The song went straight to Number
1 on the Swedish charts and helped pave the way for My Side of Town (1997),
