Mac Tyer
Socrate Petteng (April 23, 1979) is a French rapper of Cameroonian descent that
goes by the name Mac Tyer. Born in Aubervilliers, Île-de-France, he first jumped
into the spotlight as one half of the duo Tandem with Mac Kregor, finding
success in the underground hip-hop scene with releases such as Ceux Qui le
Savent M'Écoutent (2001), Tandematique Modèle Vol.1 (2004), and C'est Toujours
Pour Ceux qui Savent (2005). His debut mixtape, Patrimoine du Ghetto, saw the
light in 2005 via Explosif Musik and Mad Muzzik and was followed by his first
