Magic System
Mixing traditional African melodies and rhythms with jumping, modern electro
beats and synths, Magic System helped create Ivory Coast's zouglou music scene
in the mid-1990s, before building a following with young immigrant communities
in Europe and conquering the French pop charts.
Formed in the working class district of Anoumabo in the port city of Abidjan,
