Born Majid Al Mohandis Al-Attabi on 25th October 1971 in Baghdad, Iraq,
Iraqi-Saudi singer and composer Majid Al Mohandis is often called the "Engineer
of the Arabic song" or "Voice of Diamond". The Arabic pop hero began life as a
tailor before graduating from Baghdad's Faculty of Engineering. After realising
his musical ambitions, he bought his first oud, fighting off his family’s
