Although best known for his chart-topping adult contemporary hit "In the House
of Stone and Light," Martin Page scored multiple hits as a songwriter for other
artists, penning Top 10 smashes like Starship's "We Built This City," Go West's
"King of Wishful Thinking," and Heart's "These Dreams." He was born on September
23, 1959, in Southampton, England, and made his musical debut as a member of the
British synth-pop group Q-Feel. "Dancing in Heaven (Orbital Be-Bop)" charted
modestly well in America in 1982, but the song proved to be the band's only hit,
and Q-Feel broke up in 1984...
