Having released three albums with his band The Crashers on the 124 Records
label, Matt Stell nearly quit music. However, in 2014 he decided that rather
than entering Harvard's pre-med school he would move to Nashville, Tennessee and
try his luck as a solo country artist. He signed a contract with the
Nashville-based Wide Open Music label and released EP 'Last of the Best' but
really broke through with the release of his single 'Prayed for You' in 2018.
