The hardcore punk band Militarie Gun in 2020 in Los Angeles, California.
Founding member Ian Shelton had launched his career as frontman of the
Seattle-based band Regional Justice Center, only to grow frustrated when the
group's momentum was halted by the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic. He used the
downtime to write and record an EP, My Life Is Over, whose songs were more
melodic and introspective than Regional Justice Center's own material. Released
