Soumahoro Maury Féré, better known by his stage name Molaré, was born on May 2,
1979 in Marcory, Côte d'Ivoire. After studying marketing and communications in
France, where he arrived in 1996, Molaré decided to pursue a career in music in
2001. Settling in Paris, he joined the collective nicknamed "La Jet Set", made
up of expatriate Ivorian singers, including such well-known names as Douk Saga,
Boro Sanguy, Lino Versace and Jean-Jacques Kouamé. All these artists contributed
