Born Geoffrey Royce Rojas in New York, Prince Royce is a Latin singer-songwriter who has blended tropical influences in his hit singles and albums since his self-titled debut in 2010. He had taken an interest in music as a child and in his late teens he met American pianist and producer Sergio George who signed him to a recording contract. He won awards with the album and went on to release four more, all of which did critically well.
