Formed in Kyoto, Japan in 1996, Quruli is a rock group founded by Shigeru
Kishida (vocals, guitar) and Masashi Satoh (bass) along with Nobuyuki Mori
(drums), who all met while attending Ritsumeikan University. The group’s lineup
would continue to change over the years with only Kishida and Satoh remaining as
the core members. The group’s first two albums were released independently
before they signed with Victor Entertainment and released Goodbye Stranger
