Led by former Olympic swimmer Till Lindeman, Rammstein emerged from Berlin,
Germany in 1994 after the fall of the Berlin Wall. The band was comprised of
Lindemann (vocals, harmonica), Richard Kruspe (guitar, backing vocals), Paul
Landers (guitar, backing vocals ), Oliver Riedel (bass), Christoph Schneider
(drums, percussion), and Christian Lorenz (keyboards, trumpet, programming).
Originally part of the Neue Deutsche Härte scene, they went on to become
