Belgian house and trance DJ/producer Reginald “Regi” Penxten (born on March 4th,
1976 in Hasselt, Limburg) has helmed various musical outfits since emerging on
the European dance music scene in the late 1990s. Debuting aged eighteen with a
flurry of genre-bending trance EPs on independent label Dance Opera and
Illusion, he later formed the semi-acoustic band Milk Inc, whose 1997
breakthrough single “La Vache” reached #3 in the French charts and the top 40 in
