Italian rapper Mirko Manuele Martorana (April 19, 1994), who goes by the name Rkomi, was inspired by his childhood friend Tedua to pursue a career in music. His first musical project Calvairate was a mixtape released in 2014. Two years passed until this was followed by the release of the EP Dasein Sollen in 2016. He released singles “Solo,” “Apnea,” and “Mai Più” before his first solo album in 2017 entitled Io in Terra.
