Singer-songwriter Role Model was born Tucker Pillsbury in Cape Elizabeth, Maine
on May 15, 1977. Although his first major musical influence was Elvis Presley,
his earliest recordings focused on rap music. He issued his first mixtape, Since
When, under the name Tucker in 2016 and changed his stage name to Dillis later
that year by the time he released his debut rap album, Moth. Moving away from
rap music, he adapted the stage name Role Model and released his debut pop EP,
