(Ryota Katayose)
Ryota Katayose is a singer, dancer and actor who made his name as part of the
J-pop boy band Generations from Exile Tribe. He was born in Yao, Osaka, in 1994
and was raised around music with a father and grandfather who had both worked as
music teachers and he learned to play the piano during his childhood.
Katayose's earliest brush with fame came in 2010 when he auditioned for 'Vocal
Audition 2: Yume o Motta Wakamono-tachi e', making it as far as the final.
