Sanni
Sanni is the stage name of Sanni Mari Elina Kurkisuo, a Finnish
singer-songwriter performing electronic pop. Creative from an early age, Sanni
started playing violin at six and won the Napero-Finlandi fairy-tale writing
competition in 2001. Born in Lohja, she moved to Helsinki at the age of 16 to
study at Sibelius High School. In 2012, she starred in the film 'Miss
Farkku-Suomi'. That same year she contributed vocals to the Finnish rapper
Aste's song 'Pumppaa'.
