Sifax
A native of Bobigny in Seine-Saint-Denis, Sifax made a name for himself with a
number of freestyles and tracks such as "Pilon Jaune " and "Boboch l'Abreu". His
participation in the TV show Rentre dans le cercle, produced by Dailymotion and
Fianso, also from Seine-Saint-Denis, impressed the latter, who decided to sign
him to his own label, Affranchis Music, a subsidiary of Universal Music.
Determined to make him the new darling of the Dionysian rap scene, Fianso went
so far as to record the rap-pop single "Mecs de cité" with him in 2020 , in the
Castellane district of Marseille.
