SomethingALaMode
A curiosity of the season, Dijon's SomethingALaMode blend influences of
contemporary classical music with electro nourished by the French touch. This
unlikely cross between Gabriel Fauré and Dmitri Shostakovich on the one hand,
and Dimitri from Paris and Daft Punk on the other, is bound to arouse jubilant
curiosity. SALM, as he is already known, released his debut album on October 26,
2009. The title track, "Rondoparisiano", featuring fashion designer Karl
Lagerfeld, is already a must-have for enlightened hipsters.
