The son of a Sicilian father and a Yugoslav mother, Swift Guad was born on
November 16, 1981, and grew up in the Croix de Chavaux district of Montreuil
(Seine-Saint-Denis). From an early age, he was passionate about hip-hop, and was
even voted best rapper in Seine-Saint-Denis in a radio contest. In 2000, he set
up his own label, Horizone, and produced several mixtapes. In 2004, he worked
