Tal
French pop singer Tal Benizri is of Israeli origin, having been born in Haderah,
Israel in 1989, shortly before her parents emigrated to France the following
year. Her family has strong musical connections: her father was a guitarist, her
mother a professional singer, her brother a songwriter and her aunt and cousin
are also singers.
Tal studied dance, piano and guitar from an early age and so it was perhaps
inevitable she would eventually enter the performing arts. As a teenager she
began playing in piano bars and acting with a local theatre group. During this
