and then disappears just as inexplicably. " Sleeping Satellite" in 1992 was her
crowning moment, this fantastic song reaching no. 1 in the UK, no. 4 in Sweden,
no. 5 in Switzerland, no. 6 in France, no. 12 in Germany and no. 32 in the USA.
The Great Expectations album was only a British success, despite the presence of
this global hit. Her next two albums, Bloom in 1996 and ON in 2006, confirmed
that the veil of oblivion had swallowed her up.
