Neo-psychedelic rockers The Black Angels were formed in Austin, Texas in 2004
and since then have recorded five studio albums, all of which were well received
by critics and fans. Their name comes from the Velvet Underground track 'The
Black Angel's Death Song' and reflects the dark lyrical content and brooding,
atmospheric nature of their music.
