Although British, The Pasadenas vocal quintet is influenced by the rhythm 'n' blues of Stax and the soul of Motown. Formed in 1988, the group owes its name to the two Milliner brothers, who were born in Pasadena, California. The Pasadenas got off to a good start with the hit "Tribute (Right On) " and the album To Whom It May Concern .
