It was in Le Havre, in the Seine-Maritime region, that Tiers Monde established
his identity as a poetic, humanist rapper in the tradition of MC Solaar. He
collaborated with the La Boussole collective in the early 2000s, then with
Bouchées Doubles, the duo he formed with Brav', and released the album Apartheid
in 2006. As a solo artist, Tiers Monde made his mark in 2012 with the mixtape
Black to the Future, followed by the albums Toby or Not Toby in 2014 and No
Future in 2016.
