Tony Effe is the stage name of Italian rapper Nicolò Rapisarda, born in Rome on May 17, 1991. Raised in a wealthy family from an affluent Roman neighborhood, he started off as an actor, appearing in the film Viaggi di Nozze (1995) and the series Tutti Per Uno (1999). In the following years, Tony Effe jumped to fame as one-fourth of the trap collective Dark Polo Gang alongside Dark Side, Wayne Santana, and Dark Pyrex.
