Toshihiko Tahara, born on February 28, 1961, in Yokosuka, Kanagawa Prefecture,
is a Japanese idol singer, actor, and tarento. Originally from Kofu, Yamanashi
Prefecture, Toshihiko Tahara began his acting career in 1978 and officially
debuted as a singer in 1980 with his single "New York City Nights," which peaked
at number 2 on the Oricon charts. In the 1980s, Toshihiko Tahara quickly rose to
fame with several number 1 singles, including "Koi wa Do!" and "Harajuku Kiss."
His energetic performances and dancing skills, along with hits like "Dakishimete
