Founded in Japan in 2009, wacci is a J-POP band formed by Yohei Hashiguchi (vocals), Hajime Inaba (keyboards) and Yuki Ono (bass). Originally known as the Hashiguchi Band, they were joined by Keiji Muranaka (guitar) and Yusuke Yokoyama (drums), relaunching as wacci and releasing their debut mini-album Arigatou on April 16, 2010. Performing widely throughout 2011, the band released their second mini-album Nakiwaraifu, on November 30, 2011 with the lead single “Kiminomonodatta” attracting considerable success online.
