Woodkid
Yoann Lemoine, who goes by the name Woodkid, is a French singer-songwriter who
became famous as the director of music videos by acts such as Katy Perry, Taylor
Swift, Lana Del Rey and Harry Styles. He studied graphic design and animation at
college and spent time in England before moving to Paris in 2004. He worked in
the film industry until 2011 when he released his debut EP 'Iron'. The title
track hit number 31 on Billboard's Rock Digital Song Sales chart and was
selected for inclusion on the soundtrack of the 'Assassin's Creed: Revelations'
video game.
