Years & Years are a synth-pop band originally formed in London, England in 2010
by musicians and producers Mikey Goldsworthy and Emre Türkmen and singer Olly
Alexander. Their debut album, Communion (2015), went to number one on
Billboard's Top Dance/Electronic Albums Chart and the UK Albums Chart. They
subsequently scored four top 20 tracks on the UK Singles Chart - "King," which
topped the chart in 2015, "Shine," which reached number two, "Eyes Shut," which
went to number 17 in 2016 and "If You're Over Me," which peaked at number 19.
