Kang Young-hyun, known professionally as Young K, is a Korean musician, singer,
songwriter, and rapper, born on December 19, 1993, in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province,
South Korea. He had a diverse upbringing, spending his early years in Ilsan,
South Korea, before relocating to Toronto, Canada, where he attended middle and
high school. In 2010, Kang returned to Korea and began his journey as a trainee
