A respected Japanese composer for film and television, Yutaka Yamada was born
March 14, 1989 in Tokyo. After studying composition in college, he got his break
in the world of soundtracks with the 2011 television series Marumo no Okite. In
2013 his work could be heard in the theme song of the anime series Soul Reviver.
The song “Glass Sky”, which was the theme for the 2014 series Tokyo Ghoul,
became a huge hit that was later sampled by the best-selling rapper Eminem. He
