An art school student with a love of minimalist styles, Brian Eno had little music experience when he became Roxy Music's keyboard player in the early 1970s. He left Roxy after falling out with singer Bryan Ferry and launched his solo career with the experimental art-rock album Here Come The Warm Jets in 1974.
